Samantha Parsons (nee McGill)

Arch Health and Fitness Director and Founder

Sam graduated in 2000 from St. Mary’s University with a degree in Sport Rehabilitation. Sam has developed extensive practical experience focussed upon sport injury rehabilitation, Soft tissue therapy and Pilates over a 20 year career. With an established application in both private practice and the elite sporting environment, movement control, muscle activation and flexibility form the key aspects of her approach to successful injury management. Sam lectured at St Mary's University for 10 years on the Sport Rehabilitation degree and has worked with numerous professional athletes from golf to rugby and tennis.  Since 2010 she has worked in elite sport with the men's England senior rugby team, men's and women's English rugby 7s team and currently works with Britain's Elite tennis players at the NTC . She is a full practising member of BASRaT and the SMA.  She has an extensive CPD profile and was awarded a distinction from Roehampton University for an MSc in biomechanics.

Helen Vorley

Physiotherapist, Sports Rehabilitation, Personal Trainer and Pilates Teacher

MSc BSc (Hons) MCSP MAPPI FAFS

Helen has graduated from Kings College London with an Msc in Physiotherapy, in addition to her BSc (hons) in Sport Rehabilitation from St Mary’s University, Twickenham. Helen has worked both in private practice and the NHS and has a particular interest in muscle imbalance and dysfunction and understands how important these are for correct training and optimal health. Helen works particularly with the assessment and management of musculoskeletal injuries, and works closely with her clients to support them throughout the rehabilitation process.  Helen has also gained her qualification in Pilates and enjoys teaching in both a class and one-to-one setting.

Paul Guyer

Sports Rehabilitation Therapist

BSC (Hons) GSR

Before entering the world of sports rehabilitation, Paul was a Chartered Surveyor with experience in both private practice and corporate environments, culminating in twelve exciting years on the Board of David Lloyd Leisure.

Paul graduated with a 1st class honours degree in Sports Rehabilitation from St Marys University Twickenham (London) and joined the team at Arch Health and Fitness in June 2023.

He has gained experience working in the sports rehabilitation world environment, in private sports injury clinics and with elite level tennis players at the Lawn Tennis Association.

Paul has a passion for sports and exercise physiology and enjoys helping people with their sports and other activities. Having participated in many team and individual sports, including rugby, cricket and as an age group triathlete, Paul also brings a collection of his own sports injuries and other life experiences to the practice.

Paul remains a keen cyclist, swimmer and golfer.

Gemma Archer

Studio Manager and Pilates/Fitness Teacher

Gemma graduated from London Studio Centre with a first class BA honours in Dance Theatre and went on to perform professionally in Musical Theatre for 8 years, with shows including Cabaret and Starlight Express. During her training she fell in love with Pilates and it's benefits. Gemma is a fully qualified Level 3 Body Control Pilates Teacher specialising in Pilates for performance, small equipment and pre and post natal exercise. Gemma's Pilates and Strength classes focus on full body mobility, strength, confidence and love for movement!

Vanessa Declerq

Pilates Teacher

Vanessa trained as a dancer at the Arts Educational School, Tring Park and performed in the Nutcracker and La Sylphide with the London Festival Ballet, then progressed on to the Arts sister school in London winning the Dame Alicia Markova Award.

Vanessa went on to dance professionally on TV and stage, working with choreographers such as Dame Arlene Phillips. Her career was cut short due to injury … and that’s when her journey into training as a personal trainer fitness teacher and Pilates began with Body Control Pilates.

Vanessa is passionate about passing her approach onto her clients. A strong body needs to be supple too, with breathing important for ensuring focus and a calm mind.


Caroline Kelly

Yoga Teacher

Lets flow together towards a healthier mind, body and soul. With 13 years experience Caroline is a passionate and qualified Yoga teacher, certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, pregnancy, Nidra, Yin, children's and Wheel Yoga.

Caroline believes that Yoga is for everyone, regardless of shape, size or ability. Her intention is to make Yoga accessible, playful, mindful and fun. Combining yoga styles, focussing on Vinyasa with fun creative flows. Prepare to embrace the joy of movement and discover the power within. Namaste, Caroline.


Kristina Kosturova

Yoga Teacher

Kristina is a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher focussing on a fluid and strong Vinyasa flow, using steady breath and safe alignment to help you build strength in your practice. Seeking and deeply fascinated by the human condition and the sense that there is more to life than meets the eye. For Kristina, Yoga is a way of life and encourages her students to recognise that from their first class as a beginner or through their on going practice.
