You can book your classes on-line and enjoy the variety of classes that the Arch has to offer. All classes are kept to a maximum size of 12 people so that the instructor can ensure you are exercising safely and correctly.

This is a mat-based class that uses the principles of Pilates combined with small equipment to target the deep postural muscles of the abdomen and spine. Our regular classes will keep you motivated and improve your body tone, core stability and posture.
A new ‘circuit’ style Pilates equipment class. This will give you the opportunity to use Pilates related equipment such as the Reformer, Pilates chair, Arc barrel and Swiss Ball; perfect for those looking for an introduction to how to make best use of the equipment and a new Pilates challenge.
Circuit sessions are an excellent and fun way to challenge and increase your level of fitness. Our regular classes combine dynamic and functional exercises to improve your strength and stamina, keeping you motivated in a fun group environment. Moving from the CV machines to the free weights to the core exercises against the clock, you’ll never get bored.
BalletFit is based on classical ballet techniques to tone, strengthen and sculpt the body. Suitable for everyone the exercises will increase co-ordination, strength and core stability while introducing the fundamental concepts of a classical ballet class.
The Vinyasa yoga class brings a calm mindfulness of yoga practice whilst integrating sequences of flowing postures. A good challenge of balance, core, leg and arm strength to leave you feeling invigorated, and a relaxing sequence to finish to leave you feeling calm and revitalised. A must not miss………
